I’ve had two seperate installs with Factory Direct and have found them on both occasions to be reliable, friendly and efficient. I had I faulty roller Shutter blind and the company fixed it quickly and without any issues. I have no concerns in recommending Factory Direct because they were competitive in price, a local business and easy to deal with.

Second time using Factory Direct Blinds and Shutters. I was even more impressed the second time when I ordered security windows screens and doors, zip blinds and internal and external shutters. From sales (love Wendy) to measuring and installation, this is a team who works together, communicates well and works efficiently. The workmanship of our installer, Anthony, is second to none. I’ve recommended to family and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Very pleased with the result. Thank you team!

So, so happy with the plantation shutters on all windows. Already had them on the sliding doors, so this completes the overall look. Good comms at all times from the company. Kyle was very polite, friendly and professional with the installation. Plasterer Brad (working on the ceiling at the time) was so impressed with the shutters he even asked for the company details!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Factory Direct Morningside, particularly Anthony, who handled the installation of shutters in each room of our home. We initially had only our living room done, but after seeing the quality of the work, we were so impressed that we decided to proceed with the rest of the house. The result has made our home look more modern and refreshed.

We recently had a motorised zip screen installed for our double garage by Factory Direct Shutters, Awnings & Blinds, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Scott provided outstanding customer service throughout the sales process—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful in guiding us to the right solution. Phil handled the installation with precision and professionalism, delivering a high-quality finish that exceeded our expectations.

The product itself is excellent—well-built, smooth operation, and clearly designed to last. It’s great knowing it’s a QLD factory-built product with fast delivery and backed by a superior warranty for peace of mind.

Overall, fantastic value for investment. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for quality, reliability, and top-notch service.
