I’ve had two seperate installs with Factory Direct and have found them on both occasions to be reliable, friendly and efficient. I had I faulty roller Shutter blind and the company fixed it quickly and without any issues. So, so happy with the plantation shutters on all windows. Already had them on the sliding doors, so this completes the overall look. Good comms at all times from the company. Kyle was very polite, friendly and professional with the installation.
