I’ve had two seperate installs with Factory Direct and have found them on both occasions to be reliable, friendly and efficient. I had I faulty roller Shutter blind and the company fixed it quickly and without any issues. Second time using Factory Direct Blinds and Shutters. I was even more impressed the second time when I ordered security windows screens and doors, zip blinds and internal and external shutters. From sales (love Wendy) to measuring and installation, this is a team who works together, communicates well and works efficiently. The workmanship of our installer, Anthony, is second to none. So, so happy with the plantation shutters on all windows. Already had them on the sliding doors, so this completes the overall look. Good comms at all times from the company. Kyle was very polite, friendly and professional with the installation.
